Product Description

The internet era has made us lazy Operating Engineer Retirement Retired Not My Problem Anymore shirt . While instant gratification is convenient, something must be said for the nostalgia for analogue. Long gone are the days of VHS machines, cassette tapes, and grainy cartoons. All this and more lives on in Steven Rhodes‘ artwork, who is a master of retro imagery. The Australian artist is known for taking inspiration from 1970s and 1980s children’s books and fusing their aesthetic with a contemporary twist. Inspired by retro TV shows like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Transformers, he has a knack for reimagining the aesthetic icons of yesteryear with an unexpected horror touch. It’s what he calls: “Nostalgia with a twist of darkness.” Hoodie, long-sleeved tee, female tee, men’s tee, 3-hole tee, V-neck tee.

I really love this side, but she picked it up again when she became pregnant with her first child. Once her son was born and grew a bit older, Burmeister began knitting her own clothing. At the time, she was working at a clothing store in a suburb of Copenhagen and the owner took an interest in her bright rainbow-stripe and Fair Isle sweaters. Deima knitwear was born. Thank you for supporting Eternalshirt.com. Burmeister now sells her handmade Deima knits via DM on Instagram, most of which are bespoke orders that she and a small team of knitters craft. She is also stocked at the local fashion mecca Holly Golightly, and plans to expand her business after she finishes her B.A. degree in textile design. Model Caroline Bille Brahe is a fan of Burmeister, as are a number of Copenhagen’s cool girls and arbiters of taste. Deima is a rare gem in the landscape of Scandi-fashion, focused on slow fashion rather than going global. She believes that knitting is an art that can bring as much peace to others as it has to her, especially in this moment of crisis.

Bought size small for my son who is 13 and has Autism. I had him try it on and he disliked the cuffs of the sleeves. He has thin skinny wrists but it was bothersome to him so I cut it off and sewed it for him. The tags also are easy to rip off on the neck line which it nice. They are 100% cotton so I’m just going to assume they will shrink a bit but that’s why I bought these instead of children sizes.

They’re what I needed and are perfect. I am a female, 5ft 2 and around 140Lbs. Needed them for work. I work in the sun with heat going up to around 115°-120° so just needed them to protect/cover arms. A little loose.. exactly how I wanted them. Already washed 3 outta the four and they came out just fine. Didn’t shrink or stretch out. Good buy!

My fiancé uses these as under shirt. He’s a professional painter and when spraying he wears these so his arms don’t get covered. I wash all his work stuff in steaming scalding hot water and dry on very high heat and the shrinking is minimal. I bought 2 packs and no holes or anything. Good quality if using for work purposes. If you want everyday long sleeve shirts I wouldn’t say choose these though.

At first I was concerned about how large the shirt was. I bought this as an undershirt so I needed a slim fit and just sitting at the waist. Before washing it, it was crazy large and didn’t think it could shrink enough to fit right. I had pictures of it but can’t find a place to upload them. It shrink a decent amount and made it a perfect fit for me. I am 6’1 and weigh about 190. My chest is around a 41 and waist is 34 I don’t have an athletic fit but I would not say I am even close to overweoght. Hope this info helps you guys!

Nothing more comfortable than this on a fall/winter weekend. It’s not quite as long as I might like and if I don’t tuck it in my stomach shows but that could be me.
